Makeup look details

Hey Lovelies,

So I recently celebrated my first wedding anniversary and needless to say I was super excited. Hubby and I decided to visit the Cape wine lands and do a few tours and wine tastings. We also decided to do a photo shoot in Cape Town at one of the vineyards.

I knew I had to do my own makeup and for some reason I doubted myself a lot. I have done my own makeup several times now for special occasions but I just did not know if it was going to be good enough for this shoot. Anyway I packed up all my stuff (it was a lot!) and decided to go for it.

Details:

Foundation – I used 2 foundations for this look. First I applied my Estee Lauder Double wear, shade Cashew, to my face on all areas excluding my T-zone. I then applied my Maybelline Fit me matte and poreless, shade 250, to my T-zone. The colors were very closely matched and I made sure to blend them in well.
Eyeshadow – I used 2 palettes for this look. I used my Huda Beauty Desert dusk palette for the transition shades and brow highlight. The glitter is from my Makeup Revolution Chocolate vice palette.
Eyeliner – NYX cosmetics matte liquid liner in Black
Brow – Essence brow powder in Brown and Freedom makeup brow pomade in Soft brown

Masacara – Maybelline Rocket volume express
